Pros
Offers best in industry compensation. CEO is very flexible to approach. Company is very transparent and supportive. Biggest highlighter would be when due to corona there was sudden drop in demand for resources in industry yet company stood by and kept its employee on-payroll until find new project(s). Company encourages to take up new role and assignments and provides/endorses financial support to enrol to best online courses to upgrade skill set.
Cons
One of the major downside is no onshore opportunity with some clients as company work mostly in India.
