Pros

The benefits? Besides the PTO policy since it got "changed".

Cons

I worked at Fusion for around 2-3 years and I can say it was the worst company I have ever worked for. What first comes to mind is how horrible managers treat not only you, but third-parties that we also worked with. I have never seen "professional" leaders speak to other humans in such a disgraceful way. I had multiple different managers, all whom would say I was doing an amazing job and on my way to a promotion. However, that was never the case. Management continues to promote those who are at the top of the chain when most of them haven't even worked there a full year. Lastly, I felt that certain individuals at the company crossed the line and HR never did anything about it, even when it involved multiple people speaking up. They will always hear you out but what is the point of HR if they cannot do anything to help. There also isn't much room for career growth at Fusion so expect your career here to be rather stagnant.

Pros

Before 2024, Fusion was a great place to work. They offered many opportunities for remote employees to connect socially and demonstrated genuine care for the success of their team members.

Cons

Employee relations at Fusion can be challenging. PS Management often relies on formal documentation over meaningful conversations with employees. They would rather avoid conflict and add a note to your HR file than coach the issue (Example - NG). Cliquish behavior within teams and limited interpersonal skills in PS management have negatively affected morale and eNPS scores.
