Pros

There was a time they had great superiors who had an amazing wealth of knowledge in the field of Photovoltaics. But eventually they either went to better opportunities, or were fired.

Cons

LDS ownership with distintive hierarchical Cliques. Unstable work environment and poor pacing. If sales takes a dip and your not in the cliques that matter socially, prepare to be laid off regardless of your skill, or work habits.

Pros

I have never worked for such kind, generous, helpful, humble, and intelligent employers as the Fusion Power team.

Cons

There really aren’t any downsides.

Pros

1099, handle your own schedule. Training is provided. No "mandatory" meetings, actually respected 1099 status. Service opportunities and trips, as well as frequent activities held at the office. Offers so many products, way more than 95% of solar companies. A lot of resources are provided. Potential is there for good money. No real interview, if you want to do it, they'll bring you on.

Cons

If the person that "recruited" you leaves, you're on your own. No real managers anywhere on sales side. High red lines to work against. Initial training is structured. After that weekly training was unstructured and left to the discretion of whoever was providing it. Often devolved into story time or narrow circumstances. Constant technical struggles on the software side. As with any solar, long period from sale to pay day. Turn over is through the roof. No real interview, kind of feel like I was slightly hoodwinked when I was recruited.
