      Cons

      Cutthroat environment with owners that make it very clear that they don't care about the employees. Overworked team and fear-based management style. Owners are egotistical former fraternity guys. Not surprising the turnover is high.

      Senior level positions are filled with people who have been there forever and not leaving anytime soon.
