Pros

Many enthusiastic and talented people make a very pleasant work environment. Exciting possibility for future growth.

Cons

Because this is a startup company, it has gone through a decent amount of growing pains. There have been a revolving door of personnel changes as the company tries to define itself and explore different avenues for future growth. There has been a lot of internal grumbling about favoritism, silos and redundancies. Much of this has been documented in news articles. My personal experience was very positive. Just keep in mind that startup companies need to change. Often.

Pros

Very nice facilities, good backing with ABC and Univision, a lot of young people who are excited to get things done

Cons

If you're not prepared to be a freelancer who gets no benefits and no general respect, you probably won't get a job. They will tell you that you might become staff soon with no follow through. This is not necessarily a Fusion problem, but a South Florida TV problem - this area is awful for this business unless you're at the top of the totem pole. You would think that an exciting "start-up" might be different, but no. Complete lack of communication, from HR during hiring process, to supervisors, to management. Network has great backing with ABC and Univision, and while some of the content is interesting, a lot of it is flat out embarrassingly bad.
