Location, benefits,salary,and the chance to meet new people. A better work environment in general.

I can't think of none at the moment,but probably at times long working hours.

It's a comfortable place as in you do not have someone looking g over your shoulder constantly.

They do not pay anywhere near enough for the amount of work they expect done.
