Very bad experience after getting hired as a manager. - Manager Fusion Factor Corp Employee Review

1) It is not a good company for L2, L3, Team Lead, Manager positions as you can't find any difference between L2, L3 and higher positions. You have to engage your self in L1, L2, L3 tasks/tickets even though you have been hired as a Team Lead or Manager. 2) Too much micro management. They have installed almost 12-15 CCTV cameras in a single ODC which some how reflects that the owner of the company (Bhavin Mehta) does not trust on employees. Everyday, he wants to get in touch you over the call and asking for the work updates again and again which also shows that he can't trust on you. 3) The company's policies, work ethics keep changing in an unpredictable way. 4) No proper leave structure. No indian holidays provided by company. You have to take multiple follow-ups to take your leaves. If you take leave, you need to be on call OR carry laptop with you to provide support in case required. 5) There is no HR person in the company. You have to deal with Bhavin Mehta for your day to day tasks, leaves, shifts timings etc. 6) For technical team, there is always night shifts so think twice before joining this company. 7) Even if you are on break, you most likely will receive a call from Bhavin Mehta to discuss about different stuffs which includes work related discussion or other meaningless/pointless discussion. 8) Bhavin Mehta usually supports to his USA Team more than India Team. It shows partiality between USA and India Team. 9) No further perks like mediclaim, cab etc. 10) Even in this Covid situation, Bhavin Mehta does not care about your health. You need to work from office only. Work from home is not provided to you. If you want to work from home, it would be considered as leave most likely. 11) He always thinks for himself not for employees at all. 12) Company does not provide career certifications. You need to do it from yourself only. Overall, I am not happy with his behaviour and approach.
