Terrible management, little to no training, overbearing parents, lazy students,
and zero work-life balance. Students with learning differences and behavioral issues will end up at Fusion, as there is nowhere else to go. This wouldn't be an issue - except for the fact that Fusion does not make this clear to applicants. Nor do they provide SPED training of any sort. Additionally, even students without noteworthy differences will not participate, as Fusion disallows grades below 70. I was instructed to give students at least a 70, no matter the quality of work. This is a pay-for-grades scam/high school degree mill.
