5moThank you for sharing your honest experience and for the time you spent teaching at Fusion. We appreciate you acknowledging the autonomy and flexibility that can come with our non-traditional model, as well as the trust placed in teachers to work closely with students and families.
We also take your concerns seriously. Fusion’s mission is to put students first while maintaining meaningful academic integrity, and when that balance doesn’t feel clear or consistent, it’s important feedback for us to hear. Admissions practices, grading, and family partnership are areas we continually evaluate to ensure expectations are aligned and that teachers feel supported—not compromised—in upholding strong educational standards.
