      Have an exciting product that is easy to get people excited about Good team mates who are knowldgeable and helpful Strong sales leadership with good processes in place Really good use of Ai during the sales process

      Pros

      Fuse is full of passionate, intelligent, driven individuals who are truly trying to improve our industry. Fuse has a unique opportunity to lead the market and help advance our client's learning strategies and the value they get from investments in talent development. I find the culture to be very collaborative and the leadership team professional and completely focused on helping to grow the business and delight our clients. My experience as a female at Fuse has been extraordinarily positive especially with leadership. I feel valued, supported and respected.

      Cons

      As with any start up and Fuse feels like a start up, you have to be very independant and entrepreneurial to get move opportunities and initiatives forward. This is only a con if you are a person who needs to be told what to do or if you aren't a self-starter.
