Pros

There are some very nice hiring managers. They have a great product.

Cons

Fusable wrongfully terminated me after only 2 weeks. My onboarding experience was horrible, and I received very little support. I was given no time to learn and adjust. I was not set up for success with the unobtainable goals assigned to me. I did not have working equipment for the first 3+ days and received multiple broken laptops. I did not receive a working phone line for at least a whole week, access to my ATS/HRIS system for 3+ days (only got partial access, never ended up getting the full access needed), and had limited LinkedIn Recruiter access because my Senior Director wanted to go around the system and have me share my recruiter seat with the 2 recruiting contractors brought on board (LinkedIn flagged us btw). I was not given time to spend in our ATS for data clean-up to allow full functions of each req. Instead, I was told I need to produce immediate GTM recruiting results for dozens of reqs. It takes time to build a strong pipeline of GTM candidates. I was not given appropriate time to work towards these goals. I was expected to perform miracles overnight without letting me get a process in place, have fully functioning access to necessary software, or even learn my new function. Let alone actually complete an industry standard 90-day onboarding plan. They said my termination was due to not meeting GTM recruiting goals and due to poor communication with hiring managers. I responded to all hiring managers respectfully and as quickly as I could. If communication was a concern, that should have been addressed to me. No communication policies were outlined either. I received no counseling and was not put on a performance plan before my termination which is industry standard. I was completely blindsided. I am in shock that an organization would be so heartless and fire someone without even giving them a chance to onboard and get fully up and running. I left a job that I was at for almost 8 years to come to Fusable. This kind of behavior from an organization is shameful and I am heartbroken by my treatment. Even more horrifying is that this treatment came from the People and Talent department.

Pros

Great people who are very dedicated and easy to connect with, good pay for my role, standard benefits, enjoyable work, leadership seems to be turning around with new direction (especially in HR).

Cons

Moving at a fast pace, so makes some uncomfortable if they'd rather sit and do the same thing every day.

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my time here so far. The 100% remote setup is a huge plus. One thing that stands out is the open door culture. Managers are approachable and actually make time to listen, whether it’s feedback, questions, or just bouncing around ideas. It makes a difference knowing your voice is heard. There’s also a lot of opportunity for growth. If you’re someone who wants to learn, take on more responsibility, and move forward in your career, it’s definitely there, you just have to be willing to step up and go for it. Overall, it’s a supportive environment with good people and plenty of room to grow.

Cons

Cons-wise, being fully remote can take some getting used to, especially if you’re someone who prefers in person interaction. And because there’s a lot of growth happening, things can move pretty fast at times, so you have to be comfortable adapting.
