      Pros

      This firm has gone through the ringer but has finally turned a corner by replacing the top leadership (executive) team. Still early days but the culture has started to shift for the better and it seems like there is a clear and potentially successful path forward.

      Cons

      A lot of good people had been driven off by past leadership. There is a lot of work to do to rebuild trust among those remaining but seeds have been planted.

      Great career launcher and good for right out of undergrad to get experience

      Most experienced hires left Growth is limited by years of experience Culture was crushed

      Pros

      Get exposed to lots of technologies and big companies Office culture was strong Easy to get face time with leadership

      Cons

      Promotions/raises are given out as a participation award. You could be the top performing analyst in your hiring class and you'll be treated the same as someone who doesn't really do anything New hires required to take time away from client work to participate in a silly "career development" program - which included homework assignments that had to be completed on your own time
