I have worked at FurstStaffing for many years- the work culture is one of collaboration. Ideas are welcomed and encouraged in order to approve our services. Ownership is supportive of their employees.
Cons
We only have 1 Chief Comfort Officer dog named Franz. Can you adopt more dogs to have at work? :)

Pros
I worked for Furst for 12 years total as an internal staff member. This company places staffing in temporary, temp to hire and direct hire roles. Their internal staff are wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Most of the staff when I was there had more tenure than I did at 12 years. The owner was great and really cared about her staff. The company was like having a family at work where everyone really cared about their coworkers.
Cons
The only reason I left was there was no room to grow in my career. They are a smaller company so there is limited career growth.
