      Close knit group Friendly atmosphere Small business feel, pretty relaxed overall Listen to recommendations and act on them Implementing new changes to make work easier/more accurate Everyone pitches in when needed

      No real cons, they are in the process of implementing process improvements so it’s nice to see it happening

      Pros

      They listen to your ideas and are interested in bettering the company as a whole. It’s great to see your changes you bring to the table in action! Also the hours were flex and made sense with my schedule.

      - Owner is blind to what is really going on - Employees aren't held to the same standards - Punished for doing good because then you'll be forced to do all the work
