In the few months that I worked at Furious Spoon there were over a dozen employees that quit. Much of the staff was racist to one another, both behind backs and directly. People told me abhorent things like "black people dont work." My general manager quit and came back in drunk the first week I worked there. After I quit I didnt get paid, so I called and discovered it was because the day after I quit the regional manager quit as well. They then paid me promptly, but two managers quitting and over a dozen staff quitting should spell the recipe for disaster this company is.

Unfriendly work environment, racism, overworked, unpredictable hours, "rewarded for not complaining when suddenly overworked", etc
