      Pros

      The company is growing so there’s a lot of ways to make an impact and learn about multiple areas. The team is amazing, super creative and genuinely great people. You can actually use the unlimited vacation without being made to feel about it and there’s work/life balance and flexibility. Team is in an exciting place and time for growth.

      Cons

      Fur needs some clearer policies and more process that create efficiency. It would helpful to have some more structure in place.

      Hardworking team with lots of expertise, great products, beautiful office in NYC

      Cons

      Fur is a small company and often operates with an "all hands on deck" attitude and requirement to wear multiple hats - that might not be for everyone

      Maybe free products? Can't really think of anything else...

      Cons

      The culture at Fur is super unfriendly and cliquey. I noticed this on day one. Leadership is all over the place in terms of their objectives and will scrap plans at the last second to then go in a completely different direction without warning. There's a reason turnover is high - not somewhere I would recommend at all.
