Pros

Some of my coworkers were great. I enjoyed the job itself. I could see myself thriving there.

Cons

CEO is a jerk. I was hired on Friday after a week long working interview. Then Fired on Tuesday over something I had no control over. He claimed it should have been an easy task, which is bull. Except with the servers down and I had no login info, how can I fix the problem without help. Should have done it himself then. He also claimed, they don't have time to train anyone. Really, why did you hire me in the first place.

It's unfortunate but sometimes it's just not the best fit and we tried a 1 week paid working interview with this candidate. She stated specific skills as a webmaster on her resume, showcased a portfolio during the interview process, and even stated specific certifications. It was immediately clear that she had no idea what she was doing and could not complete basic tasks. However in a short amount of time, less than a week, it was abundantly clear to the entire team that she was causing everybody more work and making too many amateur mistakes and simply could not be trusted.

Pros

Funnel Science taught me a lot and really helped launch my career. The management is good and they do excellent training forcing everyone to get Google certified and maintain up to date certifications. Some people can't handle this environment as it is def not for the lazy or people he don't do there part. I noticed a few people were terminated while I was working there and I was glad to see them go because they really brought the team down and caused extra work for everyone else. This is not the type of company where you can do bad work and get by. It's based on your performance and as long as you do good work, you will be rewarded.

Cons

It can be stressful and Google/Facebook is always changing things. It makes it difficult at times when have to start over and learn the same thing over because things are different than before. You also have to recertify every year so you have to constantly stay up to date on your credentials.

Pros

The management always provided snacks and personal requests for food. One work from home day a week and relatively flexible for lunch hour. The company is very small so everyone got their own office space.

Cons

The office manager at the time I was there did not trust the employees to be autonomous, so frequently there were condescending conversations regarding work output (regardless of client happiness). Work from home days were more work than they were worth with the stipulations put it place. The owner is involved in the day to day and in my opinion had a management style that was difficult to work with. I often felt as though there was a lot of anger displayed towards other employees and clients. I truly never knew if it was going to be a good day or a bad day and you did not want to be around on a bad day.
