Talented and open-minded people. Rare and short crunch times, compared to average of the games industry. A relaxed work environment where you can take your time to learn the ins and outs of working in the industry.
Cons
Publisher decisions are oftentimes nonsensical and detract from the quality of the projects. Projects that are relatively limited in scope. Technological limitations stunt development.
