Used to have many talented senior management of the original team who truly knows how to run the business profitably until a floodgate of incompetent ones that came along from the many companies that were acquired.
Cons
Senior management personnel are simply hanging on to their job just for the paycheck. Those that are super articulate and able to sell their ideas (even when he/she has no clue on how to execute it) to the current/former CEO, will get recognition whereas for those who truly knows how to run the business and it’s intrinsic values tends to be sidelined or even ignored. I believe the legacy of this company has come to an end but the brothers had already made enough fortune to last for many generations. The company was just a playground for their children to hone their business skills which unfortunately none of them had the aptitude to excel eventhough every aspect of the challenges are actually paved to their advantage. To add salt to the wound, all the old guards of the company were all out to make as much money they could and at all cost. I understand now this company has become a case study on Why businesses fails !
