      Pros

      Company is growing really fast due to spotlight in alternative finance industry. A lot of interest in working here from the outside.

      Cons

      1. Really sketchy company politics at the top. 2. Underpaid, overworked and burned out employees. 3. Culture centered around drinking. Only appealing to the 20 somethings in the sales teams 4. Lack of transparency with regards to everything (pay, firing of people, etc) 5. Ineffective HR team. 6. Toxic Culture.Everyone talks negatively about each other and it's disturbing.

      Pros

      The mission of helping small business owners succeed is easy to get behind.

      Cons

      Many people in senior management didn't know what they were doing and were very ego driven, but had the right background to get where they were. It was hard to get things done if you weren't in the right clique, which was somewhat determined by your background and nationality. Very slow to make decisions for a company that wasn't very big.
