Culture is not the greatest, not big on DEI, required to do more than what is specified on job description and responsibilities, shared working offices, can be a hostile work environment for some.

Learning new things on my own

NO training, horrible coworkers, Unstable, bias. NO Communiation when something is done wrong. DO NOT WORK THERE ...... If you want to be trained and tossed into this work with blinders on, go ahead take the risk.......But find something else. Pay could be way better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
