Pros
The corporate staff at the Maryland office is very friendly, and helpful. Depending on your supervisor, there are opportunities for in house staff to advance to different positions.
Cons
Compensation is not equal to work required for the role. Low wages, high demands and minimal benefits. Inadequate training, and unrealistic expectations for one individual completing tasks required for multiple departments. High turnover, which is expected in long term care. However, personalities and petty behavior are the cause for the frequent resignations.
