No definite direction from management and supervisors. High deductible insurance. Steals your ideas after telling you no it can't be done. Lack of forward thinking. No inter-department collaboration. Blame games everyday. Too many if-this if-that and can never get a straight answer. Lack of training and support. Old sad culture. No growth. No raises. No kudos. Salary employees treated like hourly employees but then criticized when they try to live their life outside of work. No set goals and objectives with regular 1:1's or reviews. Set in their ways. They think no one is good enough and will talk down to you.
