Pros

The company has been in the market for many years and provides remote work opportunities for Latin American professionals. Some colleagues are hardworking and supportive at a peer level.

Cons

There is poor financial planning, resulting in frequent layoffs followed by rehiring at lower wages. Processes and procedures are unclear or undocumented, and system/platform issues are common, often leading to mistakes for which employees are held responsible. Management practices include excessive micromanagement, unprofessional communication, and constant pressure that negatively affects morale. Despite promoting inclusivity, non-Canadian workers are treated differently, creating an unhealthy and stressful work environment.

Pros

- Great company culture - Room for growth, the management cares about your career growth plans and will work with you to develop yourself - Fully remote

Cons

Can get busy, but this is not really a con because the management would never expect you to overwork yourself.
