Pros
The product is leading edge, and I love my coworkers. It's very motivating working with such an innovative technology, especially seeing all the well known brands starting to use the product. Functionize has great benefits - including equity and parental leave.
Cons
Being a remote company has huge advantages (flexibility, work/life balance), but it would be great to see coworkers face to face more often. There are offsite events from time to time, but it would be great to have them more often.
