      Pros

      I haven't been with Function4 very long, but I can say that I am very pleased with the training process. I was worried about being thrown to the wolves in my first sales job, but they are very patient with the learning process, and my Sales Director has been by my side every step of the way.

      Cons

      It would be nice if gas was paid for, but the salary is generous enough that it isn't a big deal.

      Pros

      The owners recognizes and celebrates employees who go beyond. They define and set definitive goals and objectives to be successful. The entire team is very welcoming, friendly, and supportive.

      Cons

      I fear that this great perception that I have for the company will one day dissolve.
