      Nothing as such. Only cons might be the usual ones which are quite inevitable in a Startup. Too many thoughts & plans at a time. Rest all cool.

      You get the freedom to do work in your style. CEO is supportive, knowledgable and a science geek. Culture is good and salaries are paid on time.

      None TBH, They are doing a good job.

      Good Payment per work alloted. Freedom of timings for work. Salary paid on time.

      None really. Only thing is the scope of future prospects isn't there.
