Given unreasonable goals and targets. Work unreasonable hours and days. Bullied into assuming everything that is wrong is your fault. If something is wrong you will be told you have to pay in cash back to the company. Constant threts from management via Skype or to your personal phone and WhatsApp. Most toxic environment I have ever worked in.
