The office looks nice. Some colleagues were friendly, but the work culture is toxic.

Fake reviews: The positive reviews are clearly manipulated. All the reviews come in clusters on the same days, and they all sound too similar. It’s obvious they’re trying to make themselves look better than they really are. No job security: They hire people, but then fire them just as quickly. I joined after leaving a good job, and within just 2 months, I was let go. This happened to over 20 people during my time there. No Saturdays off: They expect you to work on Saturdays, even though they claim to offer a work-life balance. It’s not true—your weekends are not your own. Stressful environment: The workload is way too much, and they give you tight deadlines with little to no support. You’re constantly under pressure, and the stress can really add up. Poor communication: There’s no clear plan, and you’re often left in the dark about what’s going on. You’ll get little to no feedback, and there’s no clear path for career growth. Toxic culture: The work culture is all about micromanaging and unrealistic expectations. It’s hard to stay motivated in such a negative environment.

As an employee of funprime i really enjoy the working environment. It really feels confident after seeing that our company has such dedicated and sharp employees who can make the perfect decisions.Thank you for your great ideas and strategies. Due to that, we can make the best of these seasonal opportunities that we almost lost unknowingly
