Several instances of late pay checks. Poor communication between customers and sales leading to stressed and frustrated clients. Much of the equipment is old and owners are reluctant to replace anything. High turnover rate of employees due to nature of gig work and low pay. High turnover of customers due to poor communication and less than professional business practices.
