      Pros

      Helping clients find creative uses for a huge warehouse of unique & entertaining equipment within a FUN working environment has been more fulfilling than expected. Every day is different - filled with artists/entertainers/high tech FUN/photo & video stations/interactive & inflatable games, events hosted at a variety of amazing venues, and inspiring ideas among event industry professionals. Not to mention, what company shares a portion of its profits with its employees every paycheck?! The work day is also easier when you have FUN coworkers!

      Cons

      Work is work, but at least this opportunity allows for FUN variety throughout any given day.

      Always a variety of work. Great pay rate and I can pick and choose shifts I want to work.

      Down to earth people, family owned company

      TERRIBLE pay for how much work I had to do and what they expected from me. Job was posted as part-time, turned out to be full-time plus they wanted me to be onsite at events with also being in the office. They made the position seem very laid back when going into it but then they kept asking for more when it was a part-time position. The job requirements are ridiculously unrealistic. If you expect perfection from this position then pay more than $13! I was also promised partial commission during my time working here and NEVER got anything.
