Pay sucks, good luck getting a raise. Management is chosen by who's friends with current managers, rarely does someone move up because they work hard. Some of the worst people in lake worth come in to the business, so you'll be dealing with being yelled at/cussed out at least once a week. If you do something a manager doesn't like, suddenly you'll notice that your hours drop, or you work more outside in the sun. If you wanted to be treated right and even have a chance for a raise, be prepared to pucker up and kiss some serious butt.
