Pros
The guys working on the ground are great. Honest, hard-working (mostly), and trying to work efficiently.
Cons
Low pay, forced overtime, condescending/arrogant managers, little opportunity to move up unless you move to the middle of nowhere, use recent grads as cheap machinery operators.
