      Pros

      The owner is very agent-centric. I imagine he's aware of the fact that the agents are the heartbeat of his business. He will consider input that is pro-agent/pro-growth and sets a great example on how to respond to clients because he and his staff are very responsive.

      Cons

      The office culture could be more familial.

      Pros

      The teammates were great to work with. Some of the owners were great partners others needed to have a firm reminder about upkeep of their properties. Its a mixed bag, the few greats make your job and tenants happy

      Cons

      Management did not seem to care about their employees. Felt like another cog in the wheel. You are replaceable. Vacation was limited.
