Pros
None worth mentioning. Although I have to write twenty words minimum here. Come to think of it, there are some very good people there. They happen to be managed by some very bad people, though.
Cons
Management violates it's own policies, then assigns themselves to look into whether they violated policy or not. Upper-level management supports irresponsible persons, lies about looking into issue, and ultimately ignores issue.
