      Pros

      The benefits are affordable, especially for singles and families. The work hours help to avoid high traffic times during the work week.

      Cons

      The classroom ratio of students to teacher is too many students per teacher. The schools are too varied depending upon where you work, i.e. demographics.

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
