Pros
Wonderful kids, wonderful co-workers. Hopefully Avossa leaving will turn out to be a pro as well (it would have been hard for Fulton County to find someone worse...but they never cease to amaze with ridiculous decisions).
Cons
Incompetent leadership. Ridiculous teacher evaluation methods. Teachers are over-worked, under-appreciated, and under-paid. Same cons as many other school districts at this point, I'm sure.
