      Pros

      Good people in some positions. Pay is reasonable but not the highest in the area. Some schools are excellent workplaces with students. Others not as much.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is difficult. Culture has been made more negative over time. Focus on early career individuals in positions. Lots of change in principals and school leadership positions.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
