      Pros

      The other teaching staff was wonderful, friendly, and great with which to work. I appreciated the diversity,also.

      Cons

      They don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to technology. They give almost no professional development in technology areas and definitely not before the school year begins. They’re county office appears to have much to be desired, and most administrative items performed to fill the needs of teachers will most often be done incorrectly and need to be corrected. :(

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
