Large growth requires thought, experience and expertise to navigate employees through the transition. Manager tends to be unprepared and dumps on candidates/employees. Interview process is unnecessarily drawn out, without clear standards for hiring manager and expectations a for candidates. Onboarding experience is subpar, employee engagement is nonexistent.
