As we’ve grown, promoting from within has been a great opportunity for us to show our dedication to professional development. We’re pretty excited to share that in 2018 and early 2019, 17% of our team was promoted into supervisory, management, and leadership positions.
Also, we recently adjusted our pay structure and annual profit sharing bonus. If you still find there is a disconnect with your salary and role, I encourage you to connect with your manager; we definitely want you feeling in alignment.
