Pros

Remote company Looks like lots of opportunity for career growth Invest in Sandler Training for reps they think will benefit

Cons

0 Training Unorganized Unprepared I was a sales rep and I had been working and closing deals for 3 months before I even received a commission PLAN, let alone payout. I was selling without knowing what or when I was going to get paid. Management was disengaged and almost intimidated when asked questions. I was guilt tripped when I expressed that I was feeling alone on an island because "I wasn't reaching out enough". In the interview process they sell you on being part of a company with many software verticals = more opportunity to move around and grow in your career, but when you apply to other roles because you want a chance at something bigger, and instead of your manager advocating for you, they will talk about you with each other and then ask you if you're not happy and why you are applying with a different portfolio. I ultimately quit because from the time my employment started they showed me I was just a number. This was my experience, and I have more to say, but those are enough red flags.

Pros

Good people at the bottom.

Cons

They take healthy small businesses and gut them; telling you lies the whole way till the point it's impossible to not see that they are parasites to our customer-base. Absolutely irredeemable "culture"; there is nothing good to say. HR is your enemy, more so then the usual, best not to speak to them ever. Management refuses to ever take responsibility, if they do something dumb, they act stupid and accuse you of failure. Multiple times during my tenure I was asked to violate contracts and break the law (i refused or came up with an excuse); they have a ton of lawyers that they work with so I'm assuming they overwork those guys. I was given a dollar and fifty cent raise over 2 and a half years of working there. They make it clear that they are not here for the customer but for the benefit of those at the top of the corp. Abusive behavior from management, I've witnessed passive aggressive behaviors far exceeding what is proper as well as overheard shouting over a Zoom call; they do also like to shame you for working late if your tired the day after. This company is a joke. I was terminated, as well as others, so they could move development out of the company to a third-party where most of the employees are from India. They prefer cheap labor with AI over skilled workers with institutional knowledge. I was offered 2 weeks severance which I refused due to the absurd seperation agreement they asked me to sign. Do not work for this company unless you are looking potentially at going homeless.
