Pros and Cons - Shift Brewer Fullsteam Employee Review

I absolutely loved working at Fullsteam. I thought the management was amazing- very concerned about employees being happy and making money. Fantastic staff, everyone was warm, welcoming and helpful. And fun! The money was great and the job had very little stress. I’d still be happily working there if I hadn’t moved out of town.

In occasion communication between staff could have been a little better, but I’m having a hard time coming up with cons… I loved this job.

Integrated payments adds value to business units

No knowledge of other business units. Very green politically hired management with no real value add to day to day activities outside of tracking. Very little money in terms of base and OTE. If you want to make money here you better be ready to work 12 hour days with little to no acknowledgment.
