Pros

I’ve been working as an Admin Manager at Fullstack Advisory for over three years, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. One of the things I value most is the full-time work-from-home setup, which provides great flexibility and work-life balance. The environment is collaborative and positive, and the people I work with from my teammates to management are supportive and approachable. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee growth and development. In my three years here, I’ve learned so many things I never had the opportunity to explore before, and I’m truly grateful for the trust and opportunities given to me. I also enjoy working with both the team and our clients. There’s a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement that pushes you to grow professionally.

Cons

The workload can be demanding at times. However, the strong support system within the team and the guidance from management make it manageable and achievable.

Pros

- A workplace culture that is warm, collaborative, and consistent — it's been that way since day one - Leadership that listens, is transparent, and genuinely cares about its people - Real opportunities for long-term career growth — I'm a very different professional than when I started - Work-life balance is not just a talking point here, it's practiced - Yearly salary increases are among the best I've seen — compensation is taken seriously here - Smart, talented colleagues who make coming to work enjoyable

Cons

-Benefits for full-time contractors such as paid leave and bonuses could be improved, though the excellent yearly salary increases more than show the company values its people -A more structured contractor benefits package would make an already great arrangement even more competitive
