Often the payslip is wrong. Often get a half day off roster (Late night shift 2 AM finish - single day off - back to morning shift starting at 5 am next day) The management keeps hiring more management staff to manage each other instead of hiring more crew. They are always short for about 30 crew to roster crew on the roster pattern. Rare to get a leave request approved so just go get medical certificate on the day before you go on a holiday :) The logistic team's manager doesn't know how to communicate with people and staff are sick of his attitude and harassment.
