      Pros

      The office space was flashy, with an open floor plan in that startup silicon valley mold.

      Cons

      Unorganized as a result of mostly millennial management and lack of experience at the top. Project Managers lacked leadership skills and focused on minutia, micromanaging to make up for a lack of leadership experience. At the same time they flaunted their top tier bachelor degrees as if they were JD/MBAs.

      -Younger employees are expected to contribute more than other places -Level of autonomy can be overwhelming for some -Product fit is still being perfected
