      Pros

      The people at the company are great to work with. The dev team is small so there is also a lot of opportunity to branch across multiple types of development. PTO is also great.

      Cons

      The pay is fine for entry level but will be quickly outpaced. This is a great starting job but promotion opportunities are few and far between and the yearly raise doesn't even account for inflation.

      Pros

      1. Great team. It's a small(20-30)company(even though parent company manages it(2500+ employees]. Everyone is super nice, and willing to help you learn and succeed. 2. The manager is great, and so are all employees. 3. Very Flexible work life balance schedule. 4. Great for starting your career. Will help open doors to various different places.

      Cons

      1. The pay is decent, altho is can certainly be better.
