Having been employed here for a couple of months, I can attest that it’s not just a front: in addition to being forward-thinking and highly competent in their field, this company maintains an exceptional internal culture, with a healthy balance between being both a laid back and a focused, energized environment. The employees mesh well together, and are welcoming to newcomers - they made me feel like part of the team right away. The managing director is accessible and engaged with the employees, adept at providing guidance without micromanaging, clearly confident in his ability to hire good talent and give them both the support and the space they need to succeed.
