      Pros

      Very supportive group of people. They put your training and development at the forefront, and really empower their employees to run their desks like its' their own business. Very cohesive, family-oriented culture. I've never worked at a place like this before, and am so happy to have joined this team.

      Cons

      Commuting to and from work on some days, but I also work from home part-time which makes it better.

      Love the team, the hustle, and the candidates/clients we get to work with. We have a lot of great technology and support from leadership to learn and develop and grow.

      None! Wish I lived closer to the home office.
