Fun Professional Development monthly meetings by the BCBA-D's where we eat, drink, and learn 4. The CPA Guidance has helped me set up LLC and save a ton on taxes 5. Pay is incredible - never made so much money doing what I love 6. Schools and facilities appreciate our presence and expertise; the management ensures the schools know everyone's roles. 7. Whenever I need clinical support it's there for me. 8. Have made some great friends 9. No non-compete agreement
Cons
1. No medicaid benefits - high earnings and tax-savings mitigate this issue, though. 2. Director level staff have high expectations of performance at times.
